Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using FlexeByte BookWA ("BookWA"), you agree to these Terms. If you use BookWA on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Service description

BookWA provides appointment scheduling, a business dashboard, WhatsApp-based customer booking, automated reminders, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the platform. Beta or preview features are provided as-is.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and keep login credentials secure
• Comply with Meta WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies when messaging customers
• Obtain customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages where required
• Not use BookWA for spam, unlawful services, or content that violates Indian law
• Ensure staff using the dashboard are authorised by your business

4. Fees & payments

Pricing will be communicated separately. Payment features (UPI, Razorpay) when enabled are subject to third-party provider terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

5. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. Support is provided via FlexeByte channels for paying customers as per your plan.

6. Intellectual property

BookWA software, branding, and documentation are owned by FlexeByte. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a licence to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexeByte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits from missed appointments or WhatsApp outages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using BookWA at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk. Upon termination, you may export your data before deletion per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by law.
